This week I am starting a new TAG on the blog: Review ! On this TAG, I am going to talk about products (makeup, skincare, accessories, house care, etc) that I used and if they worked or not for me. The opinions are all my own ;-). The first product I am going to talk about is the Mavala Scientifique Nail Hardener . I never had strong nails. They were always thin and only grew to a certain point, before breaking. Suddenly, at the end of last year, it got way worst. It felt like as if my nails were disintegrating ! They were extremely frail, brittle, flaky… you get the picture. Even after I stopped wearing nail polishes, it did not make any difference. I went to my dermatologist and, after some exams (that returned nothing), he started to try different things to see what could make them get better. I tried so many things, and nothing seemed to work . Until he suggested this: the Mavala Scientifique Nail Hardener. Suddenly, everything cam...
A lot of people were curious about the Dry Brushing technique, a way to exfoliate dry skin using a brush or sponge! So, today we are going to talk a little bit about it! This is a body care fever that seems new, but actually, it is not. In France, people were already including the step in the beauty routine in the 50's . Other than that, it is a super simple self-care thing to be done and that we feel the results in our body right after doing it. Physically speaking, dry scrub will help you have very soft skin. R...
Alongside fashion and beauty, well-being is one of my favourite subjects! It is a topic where I am always trying to learn and apply more in my life. My goal is to drink at least three litres of water a day, one more that is usually recommended as the minimum. I have been able to achieve this with a simple trick: I use a 1.5-litre bottle! Having a bottle of water around makes me drink more. When I drink more water I feel my skin better, I have more energy and less hunger. I am so used to it by now that I feel dry if I drink less than that! 2. Ingest more nutrients with smoothies! I love smoothies, especially in the summer months! They are an easy and ta...
